How to Place An Order

Order in Four Simple Steps


Locate a diploma, transcript, or certificate service.
  1. Choose a service from the 'SHOP NOW' tab at the top navigation bar. Services are broken down by diplomas, transcripts, package sets of both, and more.
    1. You can also view all of our "documents and services" now by accessing our complete catalog here.
    2. Or use our search tool (top of site) to search for a particular service by name.
Purchase Your Product
  1. Fill out the product order form by confirming the school name and providing custom details, including other names, dates, and more.
    1. The order forms simplify the ordering process by explaining each option.
  2. ONCE IT IS ALL FILLED OUT, ADD THE ITEM TO THE SHOPPING CART
Checkout
  1. Sign into an account, register a new account, or checkout as a guest.
  2. Provide billing and shipping details.
    1. Get shipping details & rates here.
  3. Enter payment methods here.
    1. Get details about ways to pay here.
  4. SUBMIT TO COMPLETE THE ORDER
Order Complete
  1. The "thank you for your order" page will display an order# starting with "DC-". This confirms an order was submitted.
  2. Next, our staff gets to work. We tackle each request as they come in, put together a game plan, and begin collecting all the necessary resources to create your custom documents. Once finished, our production team can provide a sample to proofread our work through our ticket system.
  3. Finally, the finished document is packaged safely and sent off when it is time to leave. We provide package tracking, allowing any order to be monitored from our print shop to doorstep!
