We use FedEx and can ship anywhere in the world. Any country. Any town. Any city. We have many customers from all over the world!

How will you ship out my product?

All of our documents are shipped out in flat unmarked packages. Your package will not mention our website or that a fake diploma, diploma, and/or transcript is inside! We respect your privacy and proudly offer 100% anonymous packaging!

When will my order ship out?

All orders, placed before 'noon (EST) of any business day, will ship out that day. Exceptions include custom requests and acts beyond our control such as nature or issues with our courier.

How soon can I have my order in my hands?

That's up to you! When your order leaves our warehouse, it is shipped with whatever FedEx shipping method you decide to go with. If you choose overnight, you will have it the following business day. With 2-day air, you'll receive it in two business days and so on. There are also options for International shoppers.

How will I know my product shipped?

FedEx® tracking numbers are electronically generated and emailed to customers, once your order is finalized by our processing department. Information may take a few hours to update at FedEx.com, so do not worry if you do not see movement on your tracking number right away.

How much does shipping cost?

Diploma Company uses real time shipping rates with FedEx. What this means is that our company takes our address and your address to provide you with the current FedEx shipping prices for your preferred method. Pricing can change daily based upon several factors including gas prices, etc. On average, U.S. ground shipping costs $20 USD and overnight normally runs about $35. For current rates, simply choose an item, add it your cart and check out. The system will give you real time rates, before it collects payment information. Don't worry, you will not be charged for looking up current FedEx rates.

Do I need to sign for my package?

Our credit card processors requires that all packages be signed for. This is a must. If you aren't home to sign for your package, the FedEx driver will attempt another delivery the following business day or you can pick-up your package at your local FedEx hub. If you do not wish to sign for a package, consider paying with Western Union, Money Gram, or money order and leaving a note for our staff and they will honor this request.
