Can you ship to me?
We use FedEx and can ship anywhere in the world. Any country. Any town. Any city. We have shipped our documents to customers all over the world!
How will my document(s) be shipped?
All of our documents are shipped just like a school would ship out their document(s)... in flat unmarked packaging sleeves with reinforced corners to protect the document during transit. Your package label will not mention our website or that a fake diploma, diploma, and/or transcript is inside it! We respect your privacy and proudly offer 100% anonymous packaging!
When will my order ship out?
All orders placed before 'noon (PST) of any business day, will ship out that day. Exceptions include our Free Shipping option, custom requests and circumstances beyond our control such as that of nature. Plus, understand that we cannot ship when FedEx is closed on major U.S. holidays including Christmas, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Memorial Day and Independence Day. If these holidays fall on a workday, orders will be held until the following business day.
How soon can I get my package?

How will I know my product has shipped?
FedEx® tracking numbers are electronically generated and emailed to our customers, once their package is scanned by a FedEx driver. Information may take a few hours to update at FedEx.com, so do not worry if you do not see movement on your tracking number right away.
Do I need to sign for my package?
Our credit card processors requires that all packages be signed for. This is a must. If you aren't home to sign for your package, the FedEx driver will attempt another delivery the following business day or you can pick-up your package at your local FedEx hub. If you do not wish to sign for a package, consider paying with Western Union, Money Gram, or money order. Speak with customer service beforehand to see if such payment methods are currently available.
