NOTE: After the order is placed, you will recieve an email confirming your order. This confirmation will verify what we have ordered including the product along with details such as student name, grad dates, etc. We ask that you verify that the information submitted by our Customer Support rep is 100% correct including no misspellings or wrong dates. Please understand that this order is being placed by humans and mistakes are possible.

All problems MUST be reported within 1 hour of the new order being submitted. If you do not report any mistakes and the order arrives and you call in about mistakes that could have been avoided, you will be required to pay our minimum reprint fee of $25 USD.
