How do I buy something from Diploma Company?
Ordering a fake diploma or transcript from Diploma Company is very simple. Just look up top along the order bar and then choose your product. We offer GED diplomas, High School documents, College & University documents, and more. Each category has detailed explanation about our line of products. Once you find the product you want, fill in the order details, add the item to your cart and check out. Our secured online shopping cart offers a step-by-step process that will guide you through the buying process. There is no account to sign up for, no membership to agree to.
How can I trust you?
Diploma Company has been approved by our credit card processor to accept payments. Our privilege to accept such payments, would be denied if we do not honor our customers with goods if paid for.
How much will a product cost me?
It depends. We charge different amounts for different products. A GED is our most affordable item all the way up to a fake phd degree which is our most expensive. We do have additional fees for particular add-ons such as extra copies, leather graduation folders, etc.
Can I call you and order over the phone?
Please understand that these are custom documents featuring your name and requested dates. We want to make sure we don't spell your name wrong on the diploma and/or transcript! Sometimes over the phone, your phone breaks up, you hear something wrong, and we write your name or dates down wrong! We recommend that you order online, so that you can check and double-check your order details as you key them in. If you are truly having issues with the site and need assistance, as a last resort, please call (866) 687-5403 to speak with a sales representative.
How will I know when my online order is complete?
You will get a four digit order number at checkout. The site will say... "Thank you for your order..." and an order# will appear. Check your shopping cart's content and see if the item is still there. You may be experiencing issues with cart and your browser. If so, contact us immediately.
How can I pay for my product?
We proudly accept the following forms of payment:

- Certified Check or Money Order
- Sorry, but we do not accept personal checks
Credit card is the fastest form of payment since it processes instantly. MoneyGram or Western Union is another quick alternative. Money orders are not recommended since they have to be mailed and may delay production. If you would like to make your payment over the phone using a major credit card, and have an order#, please call us once your order has been placed and speak with a support representative.

Is owning a fake diploma legal?
Of course, it is. There is no harm in buying a fake diploma and hanging it on your wall as a replacement for a lost diploma or to trick friends. The same goes for fake certificates, transcripts, and other realistic novelty merchandise offered by Diploma Company. We sell our documents as a replacement service or as a novelty entertainment item.
Our items are authentic-looking and what you do with your product after receiving it from Diploma Company, is entirely your responsibility. You may wish to research legal matters if you have cause or concerns in certain areas.
Will my school now show that I graduated?
No. Our items look real but we do not represent any educational institute. You will have a diploma that looks & feels 100% real but it is not backed by any institute and actual records appear as they are.
Do you offer verification service?
Sorry, but Diploma Company does not offer verification service! Be careful of any company who claims they will! Fact is, some companies are advertising verification service but read the FINE PRINT. In it, you will see the truth! They only verify to novelty parities. What does this mean? Let's say you tell them that you want to show your mom or dad you graduated. Fine! BUT if they see a school or business is trying to ask for verification, they will ignore the request and keep your money. It is a scam that sadly many customers have faced before deciding to do business with Diploma Company instead.

Complete Shipping Details
How soon will my order ship?
Some phony diploma companies charge $100 to ship out your fake diploma within 24 hours. Not us! Our standard ground shipping for just $20 extra, plus all options with the exception of our free ground shipping, ship within 24 business hours if places before 12PM (PST). Delays on our 24 hour promise may incur due to weather, weekends, major holidays, or special requests made by the customers.
What if I place my order after 12PM (PST)?
Simple. It will ship out the following business day. Orders requesting free ground shipping will be delayed an additional 3 business days to make way for rush orders.
How soon can I have my document(s) in MY hands?
Our FASTEST option is OVERNIGHT EXPRESS from FedEx for U.S. customers. Get your diploma in your hand as soon as the next business day! We also offer International options for non-U.S. customers. No matter what you choice, the item will ship within 24 business hours minus weather, weekends, holidays, etc.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat rates for U.S. customers and real time rates for international shoppers (outside the U.S.)! What does this mean? Well, with real time rates, our shopping cart connects to FedEx to see the current rate based upon our zip code and your postal code and charges you that amount. This allows our international shoppers to get true pricing and know that we are not taking advantage of them. For customers in the U.S., we offer a variety of flat rated shipping options including Ground, 2-Day Air, 3-Day, Overnight and Saturday Delivery. Can you ship anywhere in the world?
Yes, we can. We can ship to any country. Sometimes FedEx can not ship to certain rural countries and you may experience issues at checkout. Please contact us, so we can look into the matter and make exceptions.
Can you send products to a PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
No. Due to credit card regulations, we must require a signature for every package that it sent out. Signatures are not required on post office shipments. If you would like to pay with an alternative method such as money order or Western Union, we can look into shipping to such a location. Otherwise, you will need to provide us with a physical address.
How are your packages shipped?
In an unmarked box. The return address will not mention Diploma Company and nowhere on the box will it state that inside is a fake diploma, degree, or anything related to Diploma Company and products we offer. The package is flat.
Does someone need to SIGN for the package?
Yes. We require a signature on all packages for two reasons. One, your protection. Two, the driver is responsible for lost or missing packages and may require it themselves. If you are not going to be home, please leave a signed note stating that you allow the driver to leave the package and claim full responsibility. The driver MAY accept this letter. There are no exceptions to this rule.
I never got my FedEx Tracking Number.
We email these. Sometimes it won't arrive if you gave us a bad email address or it was documented wrong with FedEx. There are two ways to still get it.
- Log into your account, if you created one, and your order status will be marked "shipped" and your FedEx tracking number listed.
- Or contact us. We will look up the tracking number with FedEx and provide it.
Canceling Orders
You may cancel an unpaid order at any time. This includes orders you requested to pay for using money order, MoneyGram, or Western Union.
Paid Orders
If you placed an order and paid for it, and decide to cancel it before it ships... we will enforce a 15% cancellation fee of the order total. This includes production time spent and processing fees. If your paid order has shipped, there are no refunds.
The Production Process
What sort of supplies do you use?
We use a trade supplier to stock supplies in our warehouse, allowing us to match up the proper resources with the design you want. The process forces us to raise our pricing due to higher overhead but the quality is worth the difference. Our diplomas are printed on the same type of paper that actual schools use and transcript document paper features watermarks, stampings, and more!
Can you do ANY school?
Some schools cannot be produced and are considered to be "banned schools". This list mainly applies to Colleges & Universities in the United States, along with some schools in other countries too. Please check this list prior to ordering.
I know what school I want. Can you tell me if you can do it?
Please contact us. We will check with our production floor to see if we can do the school you are requesting by making sure we have a template for your school and that it is not restricted.
Will the document say it's "fake" or "novelty"?
No. None of the items we product are marked "fake" or watermarked. Nobody but you will know it's a novelty item.
How can you make my FAKE DIPLOMA look so REAL?

We take the layout you want, match it up, and create you a custom made authentic-looking novelty document. Great. Send us your real copy and we'll match it up and make sure the document is 100% correct before shipping. If not, once you get your item and notice anything different, let us know and we can look into it and reprint you a new copy at no additional charge. It's the Diploma Company service guarantee.
FAQ on receiving EMAIL proofs!
Our sample department works Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 4PM, minus holidays. They issue proofs as quickly as possible, during normal department hours. Once a sample is created for you, you will receive a separate email from our production staff with your unique "ticket number". You need to use this "ticket number" to view your sample at our production website. If you did not get an email from our production department, check your spam/junk mail folder. If you setup an account with diplomacompany.com upon purchasing your order (meaning you have a user name and password), you can log in, view your order(s) and check the CUSTOMER NOTES section for your "ticket number". If you still need it, please contact our customer support department.
