Have you ever dreamed of being somebody that you aren't, but you had no clue how to make that dream become a reality? The idea of creating a false identity seems like an idea out of Hollywood, but isn't as unbelievable as you may think!

Although, some forms can now spot fake email addresses, checking for signs of fake addresses such as invalid domain names and free accounts such as Hotmail, it is just as easy to create a much for respectable free email account with the likes of G mail.

Another reason somebody may wish to create a false identity is to trick somebody they are able to meet. If you are able to meet somebody who you do not know or completely trust, you can create a false identity which will keep your real identity safe, for the time being.

Others user false identities to create jokes on others. For example, you could lie and tell others that you have a twin brother. Take a photo of yourself, create a fake drivers license, and chance your name. Others may be astonished and believe your story. A false intensity is a great practical joke to play on teachers and athletic coaches, especially if you sold you team on the idea that you had an all-star twin brother that could help the team win!

In the movies, people create a false identify to often create their own legend!

False identities are not always used for phony or joke purposes!

Did you ever hear the one about the social services worker who accidentally picked up the wrong child!?! Or the one about the parents who gave birth to a boy but walked out with somebody else's son! Cases of mistaken identities, are not the same as false identities which can often be seen as phony or gag jokes against others. In fact, students at high school and even in the college level, can use fake identities during SAT tests or GMAT tests, by sending in smarter kids in their place with false identities, allowing them to pass a test for them. This has happened before, although rare. Most tests to get into college are often so difficult and taken so seriously, that identity cards are required --- making this a very possible situation. One of the ways people are caught, when trying this prank, is that IDs seen are often all from the same state. If the people checking ids, see thousands from the same state and yours isn't 100% accurate, it can send up a red flag! Others try to work around this, by using other - lesser known - ID forms such as military IDS, etc.

When creating a false identity, it's important to REMEMBER your new identity!

It seems simple enough, but sometimes we lie so much that we forgot about our own lies. Case in point, somebody hands their false id card to a bartender trying to get into a bar, as an underage patron. The bartender, if suspicious, may ask what year you were born to test you. I mean, who forgets what month they were born, right? BUT if you forgot, it's an immediate red flag, the bartender will confiscate your false identity and you may go off to jail!

It's good to pick birth dates that are easy to remember. Other forms on the identification card can be adjusted to match you such as eye color and height, and your address can also be your own address, unless the id card is from out state, in which case you may want to remember the house number and street that you claim you live on!

There are so some easy ways to pick good house numbers or dates to remember:

• Make a date the child's birthday! Who can forget that?
• Make it your anniversary!
• Make it the date of your favorite holiday! Christmas might be to convenient though.

Creating a false identity seems like a great idea, until you stop to think about the consequences that may result from your actions of doing so. Explosion is often the consequence that can occur when using a false identification with the government. The person luring these people in has created a false identities, allowing them to come off as warm and professional to unsuspecting readers of the email.

Creating a false identity is GREAT when used the RIGHT way!
