When will I recieve my order?
SHIPPING INFORMATION WITH DIPLOMA COMPANY!
Any "standard" orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12PM OR NOON (EST), requesting Over-Night, 2-Day, or 3-Day air, will leave out the same business day! Any "standard" orders placed after our NOON deadline, weekends, or major holidays, will leave our offices the following business day.
Ground requests must be submitted before midnight of the following day, because our pick-up for Ground is early weekday mornings.

Our 24 hour promise is only valid on "standard" orders. Non "standard" orders include requests for proofs or samples prior to shipping, orders where special supplies, inks, and papers have to be shipped in from a trade supplier, or conditions due to weather that are beyond our control. Once an item is boxed up, packaged, and sent to the shipping floor, it will leave with the shipping method you request. We offer all "standard" FedEx shipping methods, including OverNight, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Air, Ground, etc. Shipping is extra and rates are based upon your address and Diploma Company has no control over these figures.
